Refund policy

Tees can be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. To exercise your right of withdrawal or initiate a return, contact us at contact@fellfors.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your tee order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You may exercise this right by contacting us at contact@fellfors.com. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Prints are fulfilled by a third-party production partner and are made entirely to order. Under EU consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. As a result, a different policy applies:

• Returns due to errors on our part: We will handle the return and issue a full refund at our own expense.
• Returns for other reasons (change of mind or issues unrelated to our service): No refund will be issued.
• Unwanted items: We do not accept returns of unwanted items.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We may collect the item for further investigation and will work to resolve the issue.
