EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

At FELLFORS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy.

1. RETURNS

  • Eligibility: You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused item with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: You can exchange your item for a different size or color within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Process: Simply return your item, and we’ll ship the replacement free of charge (for domestic orders). For international exchanges, customers will cover shipping fees.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Reporting: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us on this page within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s).

  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or incorrect items, so you won’t incur any additional shipping fees.

  • Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and verify the damaged or incorrect item, we will promptly ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including all shipping fees (original and return). Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Certain items like custom or limited-edition pieces may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
